Tell us about you and your license
Name, date and place of birth, contact details, and the state, number, class, and expiration date of your valid U.S. driver's license.

Upload your photo and license
A passport-style photo on a plain background, plus a clear picture of the front of your license. We tell you right away if something won't pass review.

Choose duration, shipping, and add-ons
One or two years of validity, your shipping speed, optional USIDA membership, and optional State Department traveler enrollment.

Review and pay
You see every line item before paying — permit fee, shipping, membership if added, and the processing fee.

Usually 1 business day to review
USIDA reviews and issues
USIDA checks your documents, prints the permit, and ships it. You get an email at each status change plus tracking when it leaves.
